We serve carefully sourced speciality coffee alongside a seasonal menu that moves effortlessly from brunch into evening plates. Expect honest, ingredient-led food, with a focus on natural, well-balanced lunches and relaxed dining that feels both considered and unpretentious.

COFFEE AND FOOD
At KOA Brighton, everything begins with intention, from the coffee we pour to the food we serve.
Our coffee is roasted locally, in small batches, allowing us to work closely with the process from green bean to cup. This proximity matters. It means freshness is not a claim but a constant, and quality is something we can refine daily.
The food follows the same philosophy: thoughtful, ingredient-led, and designed to sit naturally alongside the coffee rather than compete with it.
Our menu moves between comfort and clarity, familiar formats elevated through detail, balance, and a careful layering of flavours.
Our open sandwiches are at the heart of the offering, built on a choice of breads including leavened flatbread, bagel, sourdough, or gluten-free brioche. Each combination is composed with purpose.
For those moving through the day more lightly, we offer options designed to be both nourishing and accessible. Overnight oats with coconut yoghurt, fruit compote, and chia bring a clean, natural start, while our granola, served with your choice of yoghurt or milk, is simple, adaptable, and quietly satisfying.
Everything here is built around a simple idea: good coffee, honest food, and a space that allows people to use it as they need.

At KOA we care greatly about all our customers and aim to make each individual experience as desirable as the next.
We take great care to prevent cross-contamination when preparing your drinks and food. However, due to the layout and operation of our cafe, we do not have specific allergen-free zones and it is therefore not possible to fully guarantee separation of allergens.
